Right of withdrawal consists of the right to cancel the sales contract with Boutique Bristot, releasing the purchaser from all the obligations deriving therefrom, and therefore to return the goods purchased.

Right of withdrawal must be exercised within 10 days from receipt of the order (European Union Directive 85/577/EC), and is subject to the following conditions

1. The goods purchased must be intact and must be returned in their original packaging, complete in all parts (including packaging materials and any documents/accessories supplied);
2. To limit damage to the original packaging, please place it inside a second box where possible (labels or adhesive tape must not be applied to the original packaging of the product);
3. The customer is entirely responsible for delivery of the product to our warehouse;
Boutique Bristot is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. We will not pick up any goods sent with the methods cash on delivery or carriage forward.

WHEN RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL NO LONGER APPLIES
Right of withdrawal no longer applies if Boutique Bristot notes that:
1. the 10-day deadline for the request has passed;
2. the goods have been used, even partially;
3. the outer package and/or inner packaging materials are missing;
4. any components of the product are missing;
5. the product has been damaged and that said damage is not attributable to transport..
In the above cases, Boutique Bristot will return the goods purchased to the sender, to whom the delivery costs will be charged.

Instructions for returns
In order for goods to be returned, authorisation must be requested.

If you have made a purchase from your registered account, you must send the request from your account page within 10 days from receipt of the order:
• access ”your account" and go to the sections "My Order"
• select the order you wish to return and click on "View order"
• check the details are correct and click, top right, on "Request Return"
• fill out the form that appears, specifying in the notes which article of the order you wish to return, and if you prefer to receive a refund, change the item or create a store credit to be used for future purposes.
If you made the purchase as a visitor to the site, or without accessing your account, you must, within 10 days from receipt of your order, access the Request Return section:
• fill out the search form with the details requested, which you will find in the e-mail order confirmation
• check, in the order that will appear, that the details are correct, and click, top right, on “Request Return”
• fill out the form that appears, specifying in the notes which article of the order you wish to return, and if you prefer to receive a refund, change the item or create a store credit to be used for future purposes.
Once it has received the return request, Boutique Bristot will send the Customer written confirmation, containing the Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.). The goods must be returned by courier using the waybill attached to the e-mail, and the Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.) must be indicated on the outside of the box. .

If the goods are being returned because they are faulty or are being exchanged for goods of the same or higher value, return delivery will be FREE (initially charged to the Customer and subsequently returned).

If non-faulty goods are being exchanged for a value lower than the purchase price, return delivery will be charged to the Customer. Items must be returned to the headquarters of Boutique Bristot within 10 days from receipt of the R.A.N.
